3. The expert detectives will not be liable to the client or any third party for delay or failure of its network due to uncontrollable circumstances.

4.The client is not authorized to post anything defamatory against the company on social media / networking platforms.

5. All the monetary transactions will be done in Indian Currency.

6. We provide verbal information as well as written report depending upon the nature and volume of the cases.

7. In case our agents/ members are compromised in the period of investigation due to the negligence of the client, then the client will be held responsible for the damage and would bear the expenses.

8. Payment charges depend upon the nature of the case.
